We have several positions open on a Sacramento-based UX team that will be embedded with California's Child Welfare Digital Services.
As a member of this highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you will be focused on improving usability and user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement of government agency digital products. You will be responsible for aspects of conducting user research, analysis & synthesis, persona development, interaction design, and usability testing to create products that delight end users.
